Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
♡Contact me within: 14 days of delivery (sales@malletandmandrel.com)
♡Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
♡Request a cancellation within: 24h of purchase

We don't accept returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the handmade nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, items on sale, and gift cards.

Buyers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Shipping

We offers free standard shipping on orders that ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies but will be between 3-5 business days.

Estimate shipping times:
♡US: 3-5 business days
♡Canada: 9-15 business days
♡Europe: 10-30 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Lost Packages:
Please remember that once Mallet & Mandrel drops off your package at the post office we have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS's hands.

If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. Mallet & Mandrel is unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact Mallet & Mandrel for assistance, but we are not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance we cannot replace your items.
